I am not losing weight like you say on this diet..Only 4 lbs in 3 weeks. I eat lots of Protein and veggie

Make sure you are getting plenty of water and consider adding more cardio to your workouts.

are you sticking to it exactly? You have to follow it carefully I've lost 5lbs and I'm on my 4th day

Step up the cardio. If you do not have much weight to lose, and were already eating this way, its going to be harder and the only way you are going to get there is by increasing the time you spend working out.

I am 60 and have dieted my whole life. My body burns 512 calories a day. I lost 10 lbs the first 17 days and 20 lbs through 1-3 cycles. I wasn't able to exercise due to health issues. I followed it to the letter. If I can do this diet, anyone can! Make sure you are drinking your 8 glasses of water and green tea. You can do it too! Joni
