Exercise looks the same any time of day. An activity that you love is doable in the early morning, or late at night, or any time in between. Unless that activity is say a fitness class and the gym isn't open as early as you're awake, look for DVDs that you can do at home - i.e. a Zumba DVD or a yoga DVD.
A lot of people love running early in the morning, before the traffic starts and the temperatures are cooler.
Swimming is another great early morning activity - gym pools usually aren't as crowded, plus it's a terrific low-impact/high-burn activity to help you ease in to your early morning workout. Read here for some of the benefits of a morning workout.
