Some basic arm exercises using your own body weight are tricep dips by sitting on the edge of a chair with your hands resting on the end of the seat of the chair and the finger tips facing forwards. Bend your elbows and lower your butt towards the floor then extend elbows. The other classic exercise is performing push-ups on the knees and focusing on drawing in the abs as your extend the elbows.
