I recently lost about 50 pds & now I've got quite a bit of saggy skin around my tummy and under my arms. Any ideas how to get rid of it?

are you excersizing your arms and belly?
It depends how quick you lost the weight. If you lost it pretty quick the skin of the body does not have enough time to rebound back after it being stretched out for a period of time. You will probably have to plastic surgery to get rid of the skin.
