How to lose 30 pounds?

i need to lose about 30 pounds. I'm 5'9 and weigh 200 pds. I walk 2 miles everyday, how many calories do i need?

I'll be getting married in 7 months but I'll be going to the beach later this summer. I desperately need to lose 30 pounds. I just started walking 2 miles everyday but I'm a little confused on the amount of calories I need to consume each day to lose this weight in 3 months,...Help!

My first suggestion is to increase your activity level and add strength training to your program. To lose one pound of fat you need to burn 3500 calories.

Decrease your calorie intake and increase your activity will get you to your goal quicker.
