How to Chew More for Weight Loss?

OK, sounds silly, BUT... I'eveh heard that when you chew more or longer it can help you lose more weight? Is it true and if so how many times do I have to chew?

Registered dietitian Rebecca Scritchfield shares some information about this in our article Best Diet Tips You've Never Heard. She says "Most people take five chews before they swallow, but for food to be ready for digestion it can take up to 30 chews. When you chew your food thoroughly you release the nutrients, make digestion easier and get fuller longer.”
