How much protein in a baked potato?

How much protein in a baked portatoe & is it a godd source of protein? Recomend good sources of protein.

Potatoes are mostly carbohydrate, but they do contain some protein if you eat it with the skin but they are not considered a high protein food. A medium baked potato (173 g) with the skin has about 4.3 grams of protein.
