How many times a day should I drink this apple cider vinegar?

i've heard alot about the ACV diet lots of ppl told me about so i decided to start it today i'm 210 and would like to go down to at least 165 or 155 i started to exercise and eat healthy too hopefully it works

I'm going to try this. I weigh 170 but I don't look it. And I want to lose 20 lbs. I'm going to start taking it in the morning and in the evening. I'll let you guys know how it goes.
