How long does it take to start losing weight on PS?

I have been taking PS for an entire month now and I haven't lost 1 pound. I've also been watching my calorie intake. I want to know how long everyone has been taking it?

Jan, I began losing weight within the first week. There are some people that do not experience the same results though. Are you taking the Accelerator as well?
