How does the Weight Watchers online program work and how do I sign up?

I really do not know much about it. I would like to join WW but can not get to meetings due to work restrictions

if you just go to www.weightwatchers.com you can sign up. there is a monthly fee. you get access to track all of your food and exercise on line along with tips and recipes. you can also link it to your mobile devise if you have an iphone.
