How do you know the chicken is treated this way?

How do you know the chicken is treated this way, you offer no real substantiation or reference. YOu could just be making this stuff up. I was once told by a Weight Watcher's leader that the chicken rotissierie at the grocery store was injected with butter, so I went and asked them, and they said no and were appalled that I was told that. So I'm now very skeptical about this type of scare info.
