Diets in Review Question

How do you keep the weight off after you stop the diet?

Beth asked this question Mar 1st, 2011 9:29 pm

After reading all the reviews of people who have lost weight on this diet, I had one question: While it's great that all this weight is being lost in a short period of time, aren't you afraid of what will happen once you stop the diet and go back to eating normally?
That's the only thing that worries me with diets like this. At the end of the day, I got fat for a reason: I ate too much bad food and exercised too little.
Words cannot express how much I want to lose all this weight but once it's off, I want it to stay off, forever.
Happy Dieting everyone. :)
