How do you get on MTV's "I Used to Be Fat"?

will you help me? i am 13. I know "i used to be fat" is for 18 yr olds but, i am 13 years old and i weigh 244 lbs. i need help, tips, trainers, anything, please help me i have had talks with my doc but all they say is to go home and walk, but walking never works. i need help please.
