I've tried others that do not taste good so I end up not using.

The Organic Liaison Products taste refreshing. The Rescue Me, Nightingale and Release Me are the items you drink, the remainder of the products are organic vegetarian capsules. If you would like added sweetness or would like to change up the taste of our Rescue Me, add a teaspoon of organic raw agave nectar, shake up well and sip throughout the day. Or you could mix the Rescue Me w/sparkling water w/natural essence of flavor for a spritzer. The Release Me mix with your favorite herbal tea, so it's the flavor you want w/added organic raw honey if desired. The Nightingale, mix with 1/2 cup 100% organic juice, flavor of choice. I love it! It is like half water half cranberry juice taste, but I always keep mine cold cold cold!

Sorry, I think it tastes awful. I try to down it quick followed by plain water or another beverage. Is it ok to mix with something other than water?
Very tasty!!! Do not listen anyone who says opposite, they just simply lie!!! Great product! I would say revolutionary. Go for it!! I'm first month only and it's life changing.
The taste is not bad. But the effectiveness is weak to none & way too expensive. FURTHER, Kirstie's pictures in the material are PHOTOSHOPPED---degitally altered! She was NOT as slim on Dancing w/the Stars as in her pix--very disappointed about the deception.
