Hi Gettnbusy,

Thank you for your question!

I just saw your post and I would love to share how I'm doing today with this method today.

I Actually started with this method for almost 3 years ago after struggling with overweight for about 8 years.

I was 220 pounds overweight, and after I started in January 2011, it took me about 6 months to lose over 50 pounds.

I am still in my ideal weight :)

I think Jon Gabriel method has to do with making small changes, one step at a time.

I couldn't do everything that he recommends, I still don't do, but I do my best.

At one moment, I felt I wasn't losing any weight, but, my wife encouraged me to continue.

I didn't feel it was hard, it was more about the uncertainty of past faillures.

If you would like to talk more about it, let me know,

Kind regards,
Alexander Palmer

I started doing the Gabriel method in March 2015, when I consistently listen to his visualization recordings, I seem to lose weight consistently and effortlessly. During the periods when I don't, then losing is challenging. Visualization right before bed, and first thing in the morning, eating live foods, omega 3 fats and protein in each meal is key, as well as drinking a lot of water throughout the day, largest meal breakfast and lunch, eating early dinner, not eating late at night, drinking water late in the day, exercise if you choose is short spurts of high intensity 20 seconds on 10 seconds off 4-8 sets( about 2-4 minutes) 2x week. Choosing organic veggies and fruit to limit toxin intake as well as organic grass fed meat to limit fat producing antibiotics, hormones, and grain byproducts. Anyway, there are many more great strategies, and weight loss becomes effortless without hunger calorie counting. I lost 55 lbs to date, about 1 1/2 years, but have not been consistently visualizing. I began at 324 and got to 268. If following his strategies, you eat plenty, but you feel like eating much difeerently than before. You stop craving poor choices, and find the core of what caused your individual gains.
