how can your diet plan help people that is in whelchairs?

by being in a wheelchair help me? i have fibromylsia & neuropathy in my legs &feet,can u help me,i have tried a lot of thins to lose weight specially around my stomach an buttocks. please responed thank u.

We spoke with the program's creator yesterday. Cynthia Pasquella says that there are adaptations and "built-in alternatives" throughout the workouts to help a variety of physical impairments. However, she did not speak directly to the issues you mention, like being in a wheelchair or fibromyalsia. You can see more in our Cynthia Pasquella interview for P.I.N.K. Method here.
