Unless your liver is diseased or damaged, it needs no special treatment. The liver, like all organs, does best with a balanced diet of wholesome foods. It is important not to overdo alcohol, drugs, sugar, or total calories to keep your liver healthy, but there is no need to detox the liver because the liver takes care of itself.
