Christine - the easiest way for you to have a schedule is to use DVD's to start. BeachBody has a ton, Jillian and Bob and numerous others put out vidios. Some with limited equipment and some without. You just need to think about it. It's fun to make your own routine too if your budget is limited. Go old school: jumping jacks, push-ups, crunches, run in place, find videos online of yoga workouts (don't laugh - they are very tough!), jog, walk, run, bicycle, zumba, pilates, tennis, swim. One thing I've learned is it isn't that important what exact exercise you do - just exercise. Mix it up between strength and cardio (remember to stretch EVERY day!) and enjoy! I use a wide variety of exercises from Beachbody workouts to weights, elliptical, treadmill, swimming, stationary bike, yoga. The key is consistency and eating well. You can do it!

you should spread them out ... for example before you eat each meal, before you go to bed, when you wake up, afer lunch , etc .. but remember dont sit down and watch TV for over 3/4 hours it makes you gain more weight

Quit eating processed foods and anything with high fructose corn syrup in it. See if you are unable to digest wheat try to decrease eating it.

if you are a child and very small and trying to lose weight maybe you should try talking to a shrink.
