I am constipated on the first few days of the diet. What should I do to prevent this? I am on the 17 Day Diet

look for the 17 day diet and questions answer by Dr. Moreno via youtube and there he will talk to you about it. More water is the key. MOrning water works beeter for me.
I am on pain medication and on the diet as well, I use Calm and Senna. Calm is a magnesium supplement that you can get at health food stores, we like the lemon flavor. The other thing I use is Senna-S, which you can get in the drug isle in regular food stores. One other thing that works really well when you're backed up is Senna tea, we have one called smooth move which you can probably find in regular stores, but will almost definitely be in health food stores.
