Diets in Review Question
How and when can you use your equipment that you've input?

I have input the equipment I have, balance ball and power bands, but it has not yet worked them into the routine. I need to know if they are going to be added to my daily routine, if they are to be used during free play, or if I need to focus on a different body part in order to utilize the equipment? My top focus is core and second is arms, so both items should be used during a routine. Any input is appreciated. Thanks.
