No they haven't, and they won't be. Supplements don't have to be and are not "approved" by the FDA. This is the reason scam products are so widely available.

No. They're sold as a "vitamin" or "supplement" so no approval is necessary so long as the bottle says "these claims have not been evaluated by the FDA". Only drugs require pre-approval by the FDA.
