On the Neuro Trim bottle it recommends drinking 1 bottle before every major meal of the day..... has anyone tried that? & have you seen a difference?
& btw, they do sell them individually at some places. I found mine at Safeway.

I have had two a day occasionally, but one bottle before lunch is good for me all day.
I've found the individual bottles at CVS Rx for $2.50 and at a Chevron for $2.79. A case through Amazon is about $2.50/bottle w/S&H.
neuro trim doesn't have caffeine. it even says it on the bottle. ?? so what makes you say it has caffeine?
If you were to drink a 14.5oz bottle of water before every major meal, it would have exactly the same effect. This is not a magical weight loss drink. It is simply a low calorie way to make your stomach think it is full; just like water. If you were to drink 14.5oz of ANYTHING before a meal, you would have 14.5oz more in your stomach before you eat. Don't eat crap. Exercize. Done.
