Diets in Review Question

has any one tried the Ideal Protein diet?

heard about a diet called Ideal Protien, just wanted to know if anyone has tried it and if you would reconmend it

I have been on the Ideal Protein diet for 12 weeks and lost 34 lbs. I followed it 100% under supervision from a Chiropractor who recommended that the only exercise I do while on the first stage of the diet is Yoga and walking. I add an extra packet of protein whenever I exercise and eat it immediately after exercising. I feel great and when I start stage 2 of the diet I'll be adding more exercise. With the exception of the first 3 days, I have experienced no hunger or cravings. My blood sugar, cholesteral and triglicerides have all improved greatly.
