Dosage instructions for Hydroxycut Instant Drink Mix?

should i take 2 packages or the 3 as it says in the directions?
So I started today to drink the hydroxycut drink mix, I have read before from previous comments that it will also work if I only take 2 packages per day including a low calorie diet and exercise. I'm 19 yrs old and I weight 155 lbs I want to lose about 15-20 lbs because I'm getting ready for the police department fitness test, so far I have a lot of energy and i'm more motivated to do more exercise. My question is does it really work if i take only two packages per day or should i take the three packages? I want to be able to sleep during the night so thats why I want to make sure.
