I'm a 5'2 female who weighs 105lbs, my goal is 95. Does the Slim Fast 123 Plan work for people who only want to lose a little weight? Or only if your big?

JoJo: I'm also 5'2 and used to weigh 105 lbs. I got down to 95 lbs without dieting because I was getting more exercise. I am small-boned and when I was 95 lbs I looked way too skinny. My ribs were showing and people asked if I was ill. My mom and my husband were worried that I had AIDS, cancer, or had become anorexic. JoJo, PLEASE do not diet. At 105, you are the perfect weight.If you recently gained 10 or more lbs, see your doctor to find out if you have a thyroid problem. I just developed an underactive thyroid and in just 1 month, I gained 15 lbs. So, I went to the doctor, which is when I learned about my thyroid problem. I am considering using SlimFast to get down to 105 or 110. I looked my best when I was in that range. PLEASE do not diet, JoJo. You are the perfect weight already! Kristin
