Does the P.I.N.K. Diet accommodate people with knee pain?

Would like to know, also, about the joint issues. I have painful knees. Is the exercise portion accommodating? This is regarding the P.I.N.K Method diet.

This question is about PINK Method

I'm only into Phase 1 so far, but it consists of LOTS of squats and lunges. These work the big muscles (quads and glutes) so you burn calories faster. I have a bit of a knee problem also, so I didn't go as deep into the squats/lunges as the leader for the first couple of days, but as my muscles are getting stronger, I find that I can tolerate more. There are adaptations (one of the leaders does a modified version), but they don't eliminate the squats or lunges. Depending on the cause of your knee pain, I would suggest checking with your doctor about doing these types of exercises.

I returned this kit yesterday, not making it to the workout sessions. I wouldn't recomment it. If you like to starve then it's the diet for you, but if you don't, don't waste your money on it.
