Im a client of a clinic that uses the injectable HCG and they supply you with a general menu plan outlining the types of food to eat during the injection phase and transition phases of the program and provide sample recipes.They also offer alot of feedback to guide you in the right direction. Some people get off put because of the fear of needles, but most use very small needles like ones diabetics use for insulin.
