Does green coffee bean extract have side effect on the body?

What side effects would it cause a person if i will try this? is it bad for a person who is hypertensive?or has a heart problem? Does this coffee bean extract has side effect?

Green Coffee Bean Extract (GCBE) appears to be safe based on very limited research. No serious side effects have been reported; however, the product is still quite new. Green Coffee Bean Extract does contain caffeine, which can produce sleeplessness and nervousness, in some people, but those side effects are mild and temporary.
