Diets in Review Question

Do you gain the weight back after you stop taking it?

Sarah asked this question Jun 6th, 2011 12:35 pm

I just started taking this today. I didn't start to feel jittery until I read a few reviews saying it made them feel that way. Well I'm a bit of a hypochondriac so I'm thinking that's what it is, lol. Unless it just started to kick in. Anyways, it has definitely curbed my appetite and I feel a lot more energy. I can't afford to keep buying them, so I'm really worried that they'll help me lose weight, but once I run out and stop taking them, I'll just gain it all back. It shouldn't if I continue to eat well and exercise, right? Please someone answer that for me.

ANY dietary supplement that causes your appetite to decrease and your energy to soar will help you lose weight WHILE you are taking them. once off- your appetite and energy are back to normal, and yes, the weight has a good chance of returning- and you may even gain more...Thats why it's important to DIET (and exercise some) before, during and after!
Try following these diets- atkins, caveman diet, or "Let's Do Lunch". I know firsthand thatstrictly restricting carbs whil eating bacon, eggs, steak, salad, cheese, lunchmeats, pork ribs, roasts, sausages, etc all helped my bf lose 105 lbs in 11 mo's and he never exercised and he never had any hanging skin afterwards either!
Hi energy soared, and so long as he stays away from carbs- he maintains his weight. Check out Dr. Joesph Mercola, and also gary taubes for more on low carb diets and WHY they work. Good Luck!
