Can you take half a Xenadrine?

Is it ok to take it in halves? I dont want my heart rate to go through the roof!
I just started taking it this morning and I started feeling anxious and a little nauseous, but it went away within an hour. It is also very hot outside, so that didnt help. How much does it speed up your heart rate because I know my family has heart problems I dont want to have any problems!
