Can I take Hydroxycut Instant Drink Packs only 1-2 times a day and get good results?

will i get crappy results if i use only 1-2 times a day. the box says to use it three times a day. but i already get a bunch of energy just taking one.

I've been using this stuff for some time. The thing is that I mostly drink it before I go for a run because it gives me energy and suppresses my appetite after. On days that I take this without exercising, I don't feel well. It can make me feel jittery and kinda weak/pale...maybe because it does speed up your metabolism and suppresses hunger? I can't imagine using two packets of this in one day, I think it would mess up sleep patterns.
