Could I take 2 servings of the coffee and two servings of the tea per day to get maximum results. So 4 packets a day, is that ok or will that cancel it out?

Hi Trish, You only need two servings a day of the bskinny products to get results. You can take three if you want but 4 is way too many. I drink the coffee in the morning and the tea in the afternoon for a energy boost as well.
