G"reek yogurt does not taste terrible. It does taste different than regular yogurt. You can get used to the taste, maybe mix it half and half for a few days to "aquire" a taste for it.

Also, I am not familiar with the 17 day diet so I don't know what you are allowed to eat. I have bought sugar free yogurt at Walmart, it has Splenda in it.

greek yogurt is beautiful and fresh. if you persevere you will grow to love it. I avoided for a long time it because it's so creamy I thought it must be fattening. Not so, eaten in the correct amounts it is extremely good for you. I'm happily addicted to it.

I eat fat free yogurt, I do yoplait and sometimes freeze it for a snack in the evening. I did not think I would like Greek yogurt either, but the 0 fat, fruit flavored is really good. My favorite is Chobani, the main difference is that it is thicker than regular yogurt but I like that. I am on my the first cycle for the 2nd time (already been through 1-3 once) and have lost right under 40 lbs. So far the diet is easy for me to follow and stick with and that is a realy accomplishment for me.

The Oikos Greek yogurt is good. Greek yogurt is thicker than the regular. Sticks with you.

The Greek Yogurt is great! I mix plain yogurt with strawberries, blueberries, apple and cinnamon etc. I was afraid of the plain fat free yogurt but adding Truvia and a few drops of pure vanilla favoring make it a treat when fruits are added. be sure to chop or slice large berries to release the juices!
