Can I do the Opifast diet if there's no clinic in my area?

I do not have an Optifast clinic in my area but I have read everything online & I am ready to try this diet.

I would say no as this isn't like being on SlimFast. You must be followed by a doctor when on this plan. Optifast is not a one-size fits all. It depends upon your health, too. You might be able to talk to your doctor and maybe he/she can get you set up on the plan and have the OptiFast sent to you. However, you need to know that you have to be followed up at least weekly to monitor everything from blood to blood pressure. It's quite an expensive venture and not all insurance companies cover the cost.
