Can I do PINK Method following a knee replacement?

I have had both knees replaced.will it both me to try this exercise????

We spoke with the program's creator yesterday. Cynthia Pasquella says that there are adaptations and "built-in alternatives" throughout the workouts so that even with a knee replacement you can participate. See more in our Cynthia Pasquella interview for P.I.N.K. Method here.

adaptations are usually kneeling instead on plank marching instead of bouncing or juumping if you can't get on the floor i don't think you can do it all.
