Absolutely, Kinnari! The produce aisle at your local grocery store is a wonderful starting point. Most items in this area contain no meat at all! And if that's not enough, just browse the aisles for packaged goods marked "vegetarian" or "vegan." I'm not a licensed professional, but I'm at least 116% positive that these products are sans meat, chicken or seafood as well.
