Weight Watchers PointsPlus has a pretty basic structure with each food having one assigned PointsPlus value and each individual being assigned a target range. Count the PointsPlus values, stay within your target range, and you're set!
Can I have wine while on WW.
I have been thinking about WW but was wondering how the total pts system per person works. I'm 175.bs over the suggested goal so do I get more pts or is it the same for everyone.
