Are Raspberry Ketones safe if I have Hashimoto's Disease.

I have Hashimoto's disease and am on Levothyroxine .

What if I am already taking Levothyroxine for a long time case of hypo thyroidism. I am 62. Are the raspberry ketones safe for me?

I am thinking you shouldn't. I too have Hashimoto and from everything I've read you shouldn't take any supplement that raises your metabolic rate as that is the function of your thyroid and if you take a supplement for Metabolism, you're messing with your Thyroid medication. It also raises your blood sugar level. I wish I had researched better before I spent $30 on this.
