Diets in Review Question

Any suggestion on a support group to help with ideas and questions about the cabbage soup diet?

First time CSD plan... Need some advice on pros and cons and snacks...Just Started the CSD yesterday... I'm gettimg married March 17th... I look like a pumpkin head and of course being 36 I would love to be down a few pounds... Any suggestion on a support group to help with ideas and questions?

hello. i used to belong to a great support group but i think they are on facebook now. i will look for it. this page would be ok if the posts appears straight away but it seems to take hours for my posts to show up!!

i wish the posts didnt take so long to show up on here as i cant remember if i already responded. i know i started to so forgive me if i repeat.
