any other products that compare to Center for Medical Weight Loss?

I have been on the plan for 6 weeks and have lost about 45 lbs. I feel great and find it easy to follow.I want to continue for a total loss of 75 lbs. My blood pressure and blood sugars have already returned to normal and I rarley need my cpap machine anymore. However, the cost is getting to me. Is there any other shakes and bars that are comparable to the same ones offered by cmwl?

I've looked for alternatives, too. But after trying some, I have to say, the price is worth it. I'm not doing any diet without my doctor.
