Am I using the Apple Vinegar diet the right way?

Apple Vinegar diet.....I don't know about the brand name mentioned but I did buy a bottle of Apple Vinegar I took one teaspoon right from the bottle.....ugh. Decided to look it up on the internet and discovered it should be used with water. Would one glass of water with one teaspoon be enough? How many times a day?

I take 2 tsp and put on a T,I then add the honey to top of that,it isn't as bad when you use honey with it.I do this twice a day,before lunch and dinner.It works for me.

heard its 2 table spoon in warm water with lime juice if too bitter put a table spoon of honey. take for 2 times a day. morning and night b4 bedtime after u finsih eating.
