After you take Jillian Michaels Detox and Cleanse, how long before you have to go to the bathroom?

how long do you have to take it before you go to the bathroom??? Why do I feel so sick on my stomach?? it makes me sick on my stomach..i've been taking it for several days and its not making me go to the bathroom.. i've been once and the rest of the time I have to strain and ca barely go..i feel so nausiated..how long does it take before it makes u go??
