I know I do....have you seen those before and after photos? Talk about making we want to get off the couch. Anyone have some tips on how to get started?

I actually read an article in People mag a while back that had a few of the contesttants from Biggest Loser. A lot of them had gained the weight back- some were all the way back to where they were before the TV show. They talked about all the extreme tricks they had to do to make weight and make the program work. Sounded kind of scary. But I bet a lot of those diet TV shows have some sneaky stuff going on. After reading that, the whole thing seemed kinda sketchy to me.

I found that using the diet I chose I saw dramatic unexpected results and faster than I ever expected.
I used paiyouji, a slimming drink. More information of how the diet works and how it benefits is here: www.paiyouji.com
