Hi, mela, do you know What makes the South Beach Diet different is that it teaches a way of life where you rely on the right carbohydrates and fats You eat normal portion sizes In Phase 1, but all carbohydrate are restricted. In Phase 2, some of the banned food is slowly introduced while weight loss continues to around 1-2 pounds per week. Phase 3 is for maintenance and should be followed for life. Is all about maintaining your desired weight with a healthy balanced diet.

This web site is my favorite source for recipes and it happens to have a section on SBD. Might be worth checking out- I'm sure any leftovers would make good lunches!

I have tried nearly every diet out there, and if I didn't try it then one of my girlfriends did. We have never found one that suited us until now! It is truely amazing and has shaped my life greatly. You will feel like a million bucks everyday with the success we shared. You can see my story at http://realisticdietprograms.blogspot.com or go to the website at http://myrealisticdiet.com
I've lost 17.2 lbs and counting how much did you lose?
