I just started doing the slimfast shakes this week. I'm drinking the Optima Chocolate Royal. I can't tell you how delicious this thing is! I keep my super cold and it's like really thick, ice cold chocolate milk. Plus it completely kicks my chocolate cravving for the rest of the day. So far i'm just having one for breakfast on the way out the door. I've had one for lunch on a couple days I didn't have much time. And I'm trying to do the healthy dinner thing. Time just doesn't always allow for it.
If nothing else it's definitely a good way to start eating better I think. I'll get around to the exercise and eating part. So wish me luck. My brother in law lost like 60 pounds doing slimfast and riding his bike. I don't have that much weight to lose but he's definitely a good insperation!!

I like the shakes too. Nothing too dramatic here, just pants fitting better!
At first I was a little sticker shocked, but I realized that a 12 pack is $12 and I would spend that on one or two lunches. So it's a better deal after all. |

Gayle,
I felt the same way about the price, but once I actually thought about it - it actually is really reasonable.

I tried using slimfast ealier this year in April. Using it over about 4 months, found it just didnt work for me. I only lost around 1 & half KG over that time and found it so difficult also to keep up with regular exercise and to try keeping my eating habits less.
I then only recently starting using paiyouji back in Aug this year. Took it for approx 5 weeks and found I lost about 10KG in 5 weeks. I was completly amazed to be able to fit in my old trousers of 32" waist. My waist was going onto 36". My wife was completely shocked as my weight reduced week by week.
I now have stopped using it, since End of Sept; and found myself and my appetite reduced. I thought id probably start eating more again as usual. But no, I just eat less nowdays, Which is great!
I recently found a company selling it online: www.paiyouji.com
They based in USA/UK.
Let me know if anyone else have used this diet???
Thanks!

You will feel like a million bucks everyday with the success we shared. You can see my story at http://realisticdietprograms.blogspot.com or go to the website at http://myrealisticdiet.com

| Sounds like you've had success with it. For me, I get too hungry just drinking shakes for my meals. Good for you, though! |
