I wanted to share my ongoing success as I know that others stories have helped me on my path.
About 9 months ago I decided I needed to snap out of my rut of eating terribly not only for myself but for my family as well. In the past few months with the support of family and friends as well as with following the guidance of the meditterean diet. I have lost 35 pounds and am feeling better than ever. It is a slow process but I have learned that with my patience and perservance we all can help ourselves feel better!
Best of luck to you all! |

I'm proud of you Labatt!! For both making such a big step for yourself and bringing your family on board- which is probably harder. You're using Med Diet? It sounds like you're losing the weight gradually- which I think is so smart. It seems like everyone wants to wake up tomorrow a.m. and be bikini skinny! Good for you!!
You've been doing the Med Diet for quite a while- do you have any good/bad about it and tips for people looking? |

Hi Labbatt
I have no experience with this meditterean diet. How does it work and what's your verdict?
BTW is your username somehow derived from Labbatt beer? It's sooo unique and I've only seen it in a beer brand. No offense meant.

I would like to share to you a big success i had. When I was in High School till I reached College, I weight 168 pounds. But when my mother told me that I need to loose weight because I am not getting any younger and I need to have a boyfriend. I kinda thought of it as a suggestion. And so, I slow down with my eating habits and exercise daily (playing tennis) everyday. NO DIET PILLS! And now that I am already 30 years old, my weight is 125 lbs. And I know I am just fine and healthy. Cheers!
