| Hi I am a newbie... Looking to get back my light weight. Right now I am missing Proteins in my foods and now I am on the carrot and salads. It’s helpful to loss my weight? |

I'm a firm believer in a balanced diet in order to lose weight and get healthier. Eating only one or two things all the time might help you to lose weight temporarily but it's definately not a permanent, or a healthy, fix.  |

You have to try a variety of foods,but selected ones.Meaning,you should know its nutritional facts.Just be aware of what you take.
