Or lack thereof... I'm a little concerned over the indications that hoodia might damage your liver over time. When I did my own research, I found that there was basically no record of any controlled clinical trials... it's all anecdotal evidence we're going on.
Add to that the fact that there are tons of frauds going on around hoodia, and my review was somewhat skeptical. _________________ Count your blessings, not your calories. |

My boyfriend and I use Hoodia Prime, and have had excellent results, but you're right. There is a lot of conflicting information out there, and it's hard to really get to the bottom of it. Here are some things you should know, so you are more educated on what is out there:
Almost all 20:1 or 10:1 products on the market don’t work. And almost every single one of them are using the designation (20:1) incorrectly and against FDA rules.
Because of this, it is best to stick to products that don't have a 20:1 or similar type ratio. Should just be PURE HOODIA GORDONII
If the package says pure hoodia, but not 'pure hoodia gordonii', then you might not be getting the real thing. Gordonii is the specific species of Hoodia that has the appetite suppressing effects -- the other 20+ versions of hoodia plants, don’t.
If you'd like, take a peek at my blog http://www.carinna.wordpress.com. It contains my personal weight loss journey, and even has some before and after pictures.
Best of luck to you in your journey! |
