hey has anyone heard of this new calorie counting diet that is starting to hit the tv. Its called the hcg diet and aparantly the government has surpressed it and people say its 'the cure for obesity'. I saw this blog chllenge on some morning show that is like the biggest loser, its called the hcg challenge with 25 people. In 6 weeks they lost over 400 lbs so its pretty impressive.
