Acutally I just came across a kinda cool site: www.eatlivelaugh.com - it looks like it is still being updated, but has some nice holistic recipes, tips, and a few resources... could be one to keep an eye on it.

This site should have a resources section.

While I haven't used it myself, eDiets.com looks like something you might be looking for. It's pretty cheap, lets you choose the right diet for you, comes with recipes, overviews, shopping lists- sounds like stuff you're looking for.

This site reviewed eDiets http://www.dietsinreview.com/diets/eDiets/

As far as the diet reviews- I think this site's got it covered. Who knew there were so many!? eDiets only has about 20 and Diets in Review has obviously way more than that.

Hope this helps!

I have tried nearly every diet out there, and if I didn't try it then one of my girlfriends did. We have never found one that suited us until now! It is truely amazing and has shaped my life greatly. You will feel like a million bucks everyday with the success we shared. You can see my story at http://realisticdietprograms.blogspot.com or go to the website at http://myrealisticdiet.com

I recently started drinking something I call James Ray's Breakfast Shake. (I read about it in “Harmonic Wealth” by James Ray) There is actually a whole section on the physical body and he offers up some great ideas that have worked for me.

One of those is starting off the day with a glass of water with lemon and then making my first meal a green shake. Yep, veggies for breakfast. Still doesn’t hit the spot like a pile of pancakes, but I’ve lost seven pounds in the last month and a half and my skin is looking a lot brighter and clearer. Good luck and God bless!
